Superb 5-bedroom villa with pool and garden in Quartier Oasis

Very beautiful villa for unfurnished rental with a lovely pool in the Oasis neighbourhood, located on a quiet and secure lane. It sits on a 650m2 plot, built over 3 levels and comprising 4 bedrooms plus a staff room and toilets, as well as 2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms. On the ground floor you have a double living room with a traditional part featuring built-in Moroccan zellige, and a fairly spacious part with a fireplace corner. You also have a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, and finally a semi-open kitchen to complete this level. On the first floor you have a very bright and well-arranged second living room, as well as 2 bedrooms, including a suite with a bathroom and private hammam. Accessed by stairs, we arrive at the last bedroom, which is very spacious, as well as a very beautiful 100m2 terrace. A second kitchen located in an outbuilding in the garden, also including a staff room and toilets, is another advantage of this house. You will also have a garage with a remote-controlled door with a capacity of 2 cars.
