2. Scope

These terms govern the sale of the paid services offered on saqf.ma (website and mobile app): listing visibility plans, options and agency subscriptions. Using the site itself is governed by the terms of use.

Publishing a listing on the Simple plan is free and is not covered by these terms.

3. Opening of the paid services

saqf is in beta and entirely free: while payments are not open, no order can be placed, nothing is charged and these terms apply to no purchase.

They apply to every order placed from the opening of payments, announced on the site and in the app. Prices and durations are then those shown when the order is placed.

4. The services

Plus plan
The listing ranks ahead of Simple listings in search results and among featured listings (second display priority), for the duration shown on the Pricing page.
Premium plan
The listing ranks first in search results and among the featured listings of the home page (first display priority), for the duration shown on the Pricing page.
Options
Bump, daily bump, top-of-list and the « Urgent » badge: each option has the effect and the duration described on the Pricing page (for example 7 days for the daily bump), from the confirmation of payment, whatever the listing's plan.
Agency subscriptions
Subscriptions reserved for agencies that set the number of active listings, users and bump credits of the agency account. An agency's listings are included in its subscription.

The Pricing page shows the services, prices and durations in force at all times; those that apply to an order are the ones shown on the day of the order.

5. Prices

Prices are those shown on the saqf.ma Pricing page and at the « Plan & price » publishing step when the order is placed. The applicable price is the one shown when the order is placed; it is computed by our servers, never by the user's device.

Prices are stated in Moroccan dirhams, all taxes included: VAT (TVA) at 20% is included in the amount shown, and the invoice breaks it down (net amount and VAT).

6. Orders

An order is placed when the user submits a listing with a paid plan or an option, boosts a listing that is already published, or when an agency chooses or changes its subscription.

Before ordering, the user accepts these terms by ticking the box provided. The version of the terms accepted and the date of acceptance are recorded with the order.

7. Payment

Payment is made in Moroccan dirhams, by bank card through the payment provider PayZone. Card details are entered on the provider's secure page: saqf does not receive or store them. The order is confirmed as soon as the provider confirms the payment; a declined or abandoned payment gives rise to no service and no charge.

When this option is offered at order time, payment can also be made by bank transfer, with the payment reference shown after the order. The order then stays pending until our team confirms the transfer was received; meanwhile the listing is published on the Simple plan. An order that is neither paid nor declared paid within 7 days is cancelled automatically, at no cost.

An invoice is issued for each payment. It carries the seller's company name and identifiers and shows the VAT breakdown when the seller is registered for VAT.

8. Duration and renewal

  • A plan runs for the duration shown on the Pricing page, an option for the option's duration, from the confirmation of payment. Nothing renews or is charged automatically.
  • When its publication period ends, the listing expires and is no longer visible on the site. The seller is warned 7 days before the deadline and can renew the expired listing from My listings.
  • A plan or option bought for a listing that is still running extends its period: the time bought is added to the current end date, or runs from the payment if that date has already passed. There is no proration.
  • An agency subscription is monthly, or annual when that period is offered. It may start with a free trial whose length is shown when the subscription is chosen, then renews when the next period is paid.
  • A subscription whose payment is not received when due stays active for 7 days; after that it is cancelled and the agency account returns to the free tier.

9. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Until payment is confirmed nothing is owed: the user can abandon the order by not paying.

For a consumer, Moroccan law no. 31-08 provides a 7-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, which excludes a service whose performance has begun with the consumer's agreement before the end of that period. A plan or option is performed as soon as payment is confirmed: by ordering, the user asks for this immediate performance and acknowledges that withdrawal is no longer possible once the service has been provided. This does not limit the rights the law gives the user for a non-conforming service.

A refund request goes to the saqf team (article 10), which reviews it and, if it accepts it, refunds through the payment method used. The benefits bought are then removed and the listing returns to the state it was in before the order. Agencies, which buy for their professional activity, do not have the withdrawal right provided for consumers.

10. Complaints

Any complaint or refund request about an order goes by e-mail to [email protected], quoting the order or payment reference. Refunds are decided and made by the saqf team, which replies as soon as possible; the seller is informed of the decision, with the reason.

If the reply does not satisfy them, consumers keep all their remedies before the competent court.

11. Personal data

The data collected for an order is processed by saqf digital SARLAU as described in the privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The version in force is dated at the top of the page; each order remains subject to the version accepted when it was placed.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.

Disputes with a professional fall under the courts of Casablanca. For a consumer, the competent court is the one the law designates, without prejudice to the mandatory protections the consumer enjoys in their country of residence.
