In the Annakhil district of Marrakech, this furnished villa of 1000 m² of living space opens onto a vast 9000 m² garden planted with palm and olive trees. It is equipped with a fireplace. The kitchen is bright, with a worktop, oven and refrigerators, and a dining room is set up within it. The listing also mentions a swimming pool, a garage, and a clear view over the garden, the pool and the mountain, with no overlooking neighbours. The villa is offered furnished, with the option of a full service: cook, chauffeur-gardener-caretaker and housekeeper. Water and electricity are the tenant's responsibility. The rental is envisaged for a period of 6 months to 1 year. The area is very convenient for everyday life.
